Terhi Pennanen
Terhi Pennanen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design, research, and user experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and a Master of Business Studies in Management and Leadership, Marketing, and Sociology from the University of Jyväskylä. She has also studied Political Science, Cultural Policy, Psychology, Business Strategies, and Economics at the University of Jyväskylä, as well as Media and Cultural Studies and Politics at Queen’s University of Belfast. Terhi has held several senior roles throughout her career, working with leading agencies, organizations, and research institutions. As a Lead Service Designer at Motley Agency, she uses her expertise to develop effective strategies and solutions for clients, drawing on her extensive knowledge of user-centered design and research techniques. Prior to this, she served as a Design Research Lead, Insight Lead, and Senior Service Designer at organizations including Digitalist Group & Network and Cresense, where she gained vital experience in project management, user experience research, and creative problem-solving. Terhi is a skilled communicator, team player, and an expert in human-centered design, and she has a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative, user-focused design solutions.
