Rebecca Heryett is a seasoned Compensation and Benefits expert with diverse experience in the industry. She is a Chartered Insurance Institute alumni, having completed her Financial Planning Certificates I and II, as well as her Life and Pensions Foundation Certificate. Additionally, Rebecca studied an Introductory Certificate in First Line Management at the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Rebecca worked at News UK for several years as both Head of Reward, HR, and Head of Reward, Health & Wellbeing and Transport. She has also worked at SSL International plc (Reckitt Benckiser) as the Compensation and Benefits Manager, and at Ricoh Europe as the EMEA Reward Director and formerly as the Senior Reward Manager EMEA.
