Anja Sinz is an experienced professional in the fields of coaching, consulting, and adult education. She holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Continuing Education from the University of Tübingen and has studied Systemic Consulting and Coaching at isb GmbH. With a passion for helping people develop and grow, Sinz has worked as a business trainer, coach, and lecturer, delivering programs and workshops related to leadership, talent management, and HR.

Sinz is currently the Head of Learning and Programs at Conufactur, where she is responsible for designing and implementing learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations. Before joining Conufactur, she was a Wayra Resident at Wayra Germany, a business accelerator powered by Telefonica, where she supported the development of startup teams. Prior to that, she worked as a lecturer at the University of Tübingen and as a business trainer and coach at bsct academy gmbh, providing support to professionals and organizations in various industries.
