Anastasia Bardina is a highly accomplished Human Resources Manager and Talent specialist with extensive experience in talent management, recruitment, and coaching. She has completed a Master's Degree with Honors in Human Resources Management from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. She followed this up by studying CliftonStrengths assessment and CIMA P1 at EY Academy. Additionally, she studied Transformational Coaching at Erickson Coach International, giving her the expertise needed to manage talents effectively.

Anastasia's professional experience started with her service as the Head of Recruitment Department at VSMPO Tirus UK Ltd, where she excelled with her team as they recruited and onboarded top candidates. After her time at VSMPO, she served at Accor as the Talent and Culture Department Head helping the organization achieve significant growth. Anastasia moved on to serve as the Recruitment Team Lead at MBbusiness recruitment agency before becoming the Head of Talent Management at Advalange, where she presently serves.
