Ensuring all reports for every maintenance jobs are completed in a timely manner to the correct standard. Optimism resources to reduce travel time and increase productivity of each site visit. Identify skills, resources and efﬁciency shortfalls within the planning and regional teams to deliver the agreed service delivery performance.  Develop costed business case improvement recommendations.

Within this division I essentially lead and support the planning and project controls strategy, and implement and manage the control of the planning process to ensure that contract solutions can be delivered to meet the project requirements and are in line with cost parameters.
