Gloriana Fajardo is a highly educated and experienced attorney with a diverse background in international law. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the prestigious Universidad de Costa Rica, where she wrote a thesis on "Collateral Bonds: Effective Regulatory Treatment in Costa Rica". Additionally, Gloriana completed a Master's degree in Compared and International Contracts, as well as a Graduate Certificate in International Business and Contracts Law, from the Universidad de Chile and American University College of Law in Washington D.C., respectively. Her final graduation paper addressed the role of Bilateral Investment Treaties in developing countries like Costa Rica and Argentina.

Gloriana has held several professional positions, including Lead Real Estate Attorney at Outlier Legal Services, Attorney - Legal Advisor at CSM Andina SpA, Senior Consultant at Servicios Migratorios Chile affiliated with Fragomen Worldwide, Senior Immigration Coordinator at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, Associated Attorney in Banking Law at Consortium Laclé & Gutiérrez Abogados, and Paralegal at Arias & Muñoz.

In her various roles, Gloriana has developed expertise in real estate law, immigration law, banking law, and international contracts. She has also demonstrated a deep interest in promoting and protecting the rights of developing countries.
