Sean Cawley is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for making the world a better place. He is an accomplished sourcer in the tech industry, currently employed at Blend, a leading tech company in Silicon Valley. Sean is a former athlete turned teacher who became a soldier and has had an incredibly unique life journey. He holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Foothill College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and a Master of Arts degree in Education, both from the University of Southern California.

Sean has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Google, Aurora, Uber, and LinkedIn, where he served in various positions such as technical recruiter, recruiting coordinator, and project manager. Additionally, Sean has also worked in the Enterprise Business Representative Specialist position at BrightEdge and as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys exploring everything Silicon Valley has to offer, staying active by working out, and going on new adventures whenever the opportunity arises.
