Matt Olsen has an impressive background in Human Resources with several years of experience working in top companies, such as Splunk, Uber, Bayer, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson. He studied B.S. in Psychology at Brigham Young University and later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Organizational Behavior at Purdue University.
As a Director, HR Business Partner at Splunk, Matt is responsible for providing strategic HR support to his department. Before joining Splunk, he worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Bayer and Uber, providing HR expertise to enhance the employee experience. In addition, Matt served as an HR Manager and Associate HR Manager at Procter & Gamble, where he managed HR tasks for more than 100 employees.
Matt is a seasoned HR professional with expertise in organizational behavior, strategy, and people analytics. He also served as an HR Connect Consultant at Hewitt Associates and pursued his passion for social impact as a Program Manager at Kaiizen Foundation.
