Hiroko McCoy is a highly-skilled project manager with a strong background in localization engineering. She is proficient in various programming languages such as ASP, JSP, Visual Basic, JScript, VBScript, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, XML, SGML, HTML, and has extensive knowledge of applications such as Trados, SDL Studio, SQL Server, MySQL, MS Office, Adobe CS, PageMaker, and FrameMaker. Her language skills are also excellent, as she is fluent in Japanese.

McCoy attended Western Governors University where she studied for a Bachelor of Science (BS). She also undertook an Associate of Arts and Science course and graduated with honors at Tacoma Community College. She continued her studies at Western Washington University.

McCoy has worked as an i18n Senior Quality Engineer at Qualitest at Google, Director of Translation & Localization Services at Globalization Partners International (GPI), Senior Project Manager, Translation and Localization at CyraCom Language Solutions, Senior Localization Project Manager at Powerling, and General Manager at Cortex International USA. She also held positions as Senior Localization Project Manager/Localization Engineering Manager at ABLE Innovations, LLC, and Senior Programmer at North Forks - EWRX, and Programming Department Manager/Programmer at Elucidex/Instruct Etc. Inc.

In all these roles, she has proven to be an expert leader and manager while showcasing her proficiency in localization engineering and programming languages.
