Karolina Swierkot is a well-educated and experienced professional who has worked in the financial and accounting industry for several years. She earned her Bachelor's degree at UMCS Lublin and her Master's degree at Jagiellonian University. She has worked for well-established organizations such as Capgemini, Wonga, and WorldRemit. At Capgemini, she started as a Junior Accountant before moving up to a Finance and Accounting Analyst, and then to a Finance and Accounting Specialist. At Wonga, she was a Reconciliation Specialist, and at WorldRemit, she was a Reconciliation System Administrator (ReconArt).

Karolina's experience and education have given her the ability to manage financial transactions effectively and efficiently. In each role, she consistently demonstrated her strong analytical and problem-solving abilities while meeting strict deadlines. Her excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills make her an asset in any team environment.

In her spare time, Karolina enjoys reading, traveling, and discovering new cultures. Her interest in different cultures has also helped her develop strong intercultural competencies that enable her to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
