Kayla Russell is a Recreation Management graduate with a Bachelor's degree from California State University - East Bay and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Cosumnes River College.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Assistant at Squared Away, Kayla has amassed years of experience in various recreation and customer service roles, including positions at Kona Kai Resort and Spa, EOS Fitness, Friends of Balboa Park, Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, Elk Grove CSD, California Sun Tanning, YMCA of the USA, Bidwell Presbyterian Church, and Homegoods.

Known for being a quick, visual learner, Kayla Russell thrives on challenges and aims to elevate her community through exceptional programming to positively impact the families and individuals who engage in such initiatives.
