Courtney Ball, an HR executive, author, and leadership coach who specializes in connecting women of color to corporate leadership positions. She has over a decade of experience in leading People operations for various professional services organizations, specifically focusing on recruiting and developing diverse talent. Ball is a graduate of University of San Francisco and Fordham University, where she received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Politics and Urban Studies, respectively. In 2020, she created her own coaching program aimed at helping women develop a lucrative leadership brand by teaching core elements of leadership such as effective communication and time management, alongside balance career pursuits and personal well-being with strong systems mastery and delegation skills.
