Jennifer Youssef

Jennifer Youssef is an accomplished HRIS Analyst with a background in organizational sciences and German language and literature. She studied at the prestigious George Washington University and Haddonfield Memorial High School. Jennifer has a diverse portfolio of experience, having worked in various organizations such as Abt Associates, DMI, American Institutes for Research, American Society for Engineering Education, American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section, and the Armenian National Committee of America.

At Abt Associates, Jennifer served as an HRIS Associate Analyst, where she was responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving HR systems and processes. Prior to that, she worked at DMI, as a Recruiting Operations Analyst and Coordinator, where she oversaw talent acquisition efforts and managed recruitment data. Additionally, Jennifer has interned at several high-profile organizations, including the American Institutes for Research and the American Bar Association, where she worked on projects related to racial justice improvement and human resources.

Through these experiences, Jennifer has honed her skills in HRIS, recruiting operations, database management, and human resources. Her expertise and interests lie in HR technology, recruitment, talent acquisition, and data analysis.
