Dhiraj Rattan has over 20 years of experience as an engineering leader, architect, and engineer. He specializes in SaaS platforms, digital engineering, and API engineering, with a deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, product/platform architecture, platform engineering, process automation, DevSecOps, and building enterprise-grade digital and core platforms. He has worked on-premises and in the cloud at AWS and Azure, enabling APIs and services to create open platforms. Rattan has worked for Avanade Inc, First Data Corporation, and Rivio Inc. and held various positions at American Express, where he was a Vice President of Platform Engineering, Technologies Integrator, and OPEN & Salesforce. He was also Chief Information & Technology Officer at Edgenuity Inc. and is currently CIO Consumer Banking at Citizens Bank. Rattan holds an MA and BS from the University of Mumbai.
