Ankur Agarwal is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader in the automotive industry, specializing in digital platforms to enhance the consumer lifecycle. With over 15 years of experience in P&L management, e-commerce, sales, product management, and business development, Ankur has transformed conceptualized ideas into profitable ventures, from startups to large companies.

An MBA graduate from Indian School of Business and a BE holder in Instrumentation Technology from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, Ankur has held leadership positions such as CEO, Angel Investor, and Group Chief People Officer (CHRO/CPO). He was most recently CEO of the largest e-bicycle manufacturer in India, Lectro E-Bikes (Hero Cycles), where he successfully built channels and handled large teams across multiple geographies. Ankur has also led the HR function at Girnarsoft, introducing an in-house HRMS, revamping Talent Acquisition process and managing annual Performance Assessment and Management System.
