He manages fieldwork team both for quantitative and qualitative studies. He directs 13 people, divided in departments (capi field, paper and pencil field, qualitative field and quality control). The total interviews production is 200.000 interviews a year for in home and in hall studies and nearly 1000 qualitative groups. He co-ordinates the teams, deals with internal client to project the operating phases of surveys. He helps the planning manager in the scheduling and quotation of surveys. He’s the operation project leader for important Ipsos national surveys such as Audipress (national readership survey) and Banca d’Italia. He ‘s cooperated with other European field manager in the operation launch of a new in hall cavi survey (computer assisted visual interviewing). He cooperated with other field managers in an Assirm project (Italian Marketing research association), for the search and training of new interviewers.

He manages the operation cati department, which carried out 500.000 interviews a year with 110 cati stations. He’s renewing the department with unceasing selections of interviewers and supervisors. He writes the cati department quality practices, for the iso 9000 Certificate, successfully reached
