I work one to one as an executive coach; I am a keynote speaker, specialising in leadership.  I also run communication skills workshops, and facilitated events. I'm probably best known in my community for  events which I created called The Vagina Dialogues for women (VD) and Talking Bollocks for men (TB).  These can best be described as respectful, facilitated conversations, where we discuss things that REALLY matter.
