Feygelman is also an expert in designing testing methodology, processes, and architecture. His specialty lies in developing software test organizations from scratch, leading software test operations, managing and mentoring staff, creating software development methodologies, processes, standards, and best practices, measures and metrics. He has extensive knowledge of the SDLC, release management and CI/CD, change and risk management, agile development cycles and agile/scrum project management, product management, and QA processes and automation. Victor Feygeman has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. He has studied Certified ScrumMaster, Project Management, Certified Tester, Foundation Level, Essentials of Functional Testing with Rational Robot, the Art of a Successful Test Plan and Software Metrics, Software Testing, and Quality Assurance. He has held leadership positions in various organizations such as Pearson, Plume Design, Inc., Betcade, Bitcasa, Inc., and several others.
