Brian's experience includes serving as the Women's Basketball Video Coordinator at Virginia Tech, where he played a pivotal role in supporting the team's success through video coordination. Prior to his role at Virginia Tech, he was deeply involved in communications in various capacities at Radford University, including Assistant AD for Communications, Director of Athletics Communications, and Assistant Director of Athletics Communications. Brian's commitment to athletics communications was evident in his roles at Radford University, where he also gained experience as an Athletics Communications Summer Assistant.

In addition to his university roles, Brian Cox began his professional journey as a Sports Information Student Assistant at Ferrum College, where he honed his skills and passion for sports management. He also worked as a Clubhouse Assistant at Great Oaks Country Club, showcasing his versatility and ability to excel in different environments.
