Nina Martinsen is a seasoned HR professional with 19 years of experience in the industry. She has worked with various aspects of HR, including organizational development, performance management, recruitment, talent development, cultural value work, and HR transformation. Nina has also provided advisory and leadership sparring to management teams and individuals, showcased her expertise in contract interpretation, HR policies & procedures, and Nordic Labor Laws. Before achieving such heights, Nina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at HotelSchool - The Hague.
Nina has worked across multiple organizations, including Solina Group, Zumtobel Group, Convergys, Cisco, Covisint, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In her most recent role, she served as the Northern Europe HR Manager at Solina Group. She also worked as the Head of HR Nordic at Zumtobel Group, and the HR Business Partner and HR Associate at the same organization. In her career, Nina has demonstrated her skills in workforce management, education, and learning, compensation & benefits, succession planning & headcount planning, and leadership assessment.
