•	Leading and maintaining a team of 20 technical support technicians in rotational shift and Providing IT induction to new employees
•	Reviewing Service Desk logs, assigning tasks to team members, chasing on progress.
•	Having L1 access to network devices for basic troubleshooting
•	Deployment and installations of desktop, thin client & laptop for the users as and when required.
•	Ensuring that support calls are logged and handled effectively and efficiently.
•	Building, configuring, and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware. 
•	Ensuring adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and the updated deployed systems comply as per client requirement
•	Analysing root cause for problem solving and assistance in managing the daily activities 
•	Overlooking data cabling with serves and other systems 
•	Responsible for disaster recovery, closing security loopholes, and access levels. 
•	Addition and deletion of the users from AD, shared folder group, email DL.
•	Mapping of users to the applications as per their profile.
•	MAC binding of Desktops laptops and thin Client when new devices are installed in organization.
•	Preparing MBR & QBR Reports related to IT infrastructure and support.
•	Weekly and monthly cadence meetings with clients for infrastructure-related issues.
•	Installation / Reinstallation of OS, desktop patches, customer-specific applications, etc.
•	Providing IT induction to new users when they join the organisation.
•	VC (Video Conference) Meetings arrangements for the users.
•	Producing documentation on operational, system, and user procedures & guidelines.

Working As a L2 engineer in Tech Mahindra.

•	Installations of desktop, thin client & laptop for the users as and when required.
•	Installing windows patches, VPN clients and configure SCCM in laptop / Desktop
•	Ensuring that support calls are logged and handled effectively and efficiently.
•	Building, configuring, and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware. 
•	Ensuring adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and the updated deployed systems comply as per client requirement
•	Handling tickets with the BMC Remedy tool.
•	Handling Semantic endpoint antivirus.
•	Addition and deletion of the users from AD, shared folder group, email DLs.
•	Performing user acceptance testing- UAT as and when required
•	Configuring, Managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Print Server.
•	Managing Security Implementation and Patch Management (WSUS)
•	Take part in daily operation calls to discuss Incident management.
•	Working on BMC-Remedy Tickets towards faster resolution within the agreed SLA.
