Symrin Chawla

Symrin Chawla is a versatile artist, designer, and film photographer situated in Los Angeles, with a diverse portfolio covering performance-based sculpture, graphic design, and visual concept development.

She obtained her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design Media Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Communication Design from the University of Southern California (USC).

Symrin has been associated with various organizations, including her role as the Creative Lead at LOOM. She previously served as the Co-Curator at Decentralizing The Web, a Freelance Graphic Designer + Art Director, Senior Designer & Digital Strategist at Craft Contemporary, and a Lecturer in Design Media Art at UCLA. She also held positions such as Graduate Teaching Assistant at UCLA Arts, In-House Designer & Junior Publicist at BOLD Communications & Marketing, In-House Designer + PR Office Assistant at ID Public Relations, Multimedia Production Intern at BLITZ, and Advertising Production Intern at BCBG Max Azria.
