Ayush Jain is a young and ambitious PGDM student specializing in Banking and Financial Services at the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) in Pune. Before joining NIBM, he worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Programmer Analyst, providing technical support for a prominent Global Logistics Client based out of the US. He has gained a wealth of experience in addressing standard service requests, change management, incident management, and 24/7 technical support for the brokerage DB application. In addition to this, he has also served as a scrum master, leading an offshore support team, Prod deployment QA test, peer-review, post-deployment monitoring, and DB migration.

Ayush completed his graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and undertook internships at Bharat Oman Refinery LTD, Bina and MPPTCL Sarni. He learned terminologies for sustainable power production, transformation of power over long distances, loss minimization, and cost.
