Ashley Morse is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, management consulting, and community development. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and continued her education, earning an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Throughout her career, Morse has held several key roles at various organizations, including her current position as the Organization Design Practice Lead for the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence at Allstate. Her expertise in organizational effectiveness is the result of her time working as a senior consultant in the same practice at Allstate, where she perfected her skills in designing and implementing effective organization models.

Before joining Allstate, Morse worked as a Manager and Associate at A.T. Kearney, where she served clients in the consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, and automotive industries. Earlier in her career, she also held several positions in the non-profit sector, working as an Associate Program Officer and Program Associate at the Robin Hood Foundation and as a Client Services Coordinator at the Jane Addams Resource Corporation.
