Program Manager

Establish procurement approval process via Salesforce, develop, implement, and conduct training for internal and external partners on procurement procedures. Monitor and evaluate compliance for equal opportunity/Americans with Disability Act/Limited English Proficiency laws, guidelines, and policies to ensure that employment practices and contracting arrangements give equal opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

Compliance Analyst

Deliver timely, effecting training to the network using a variety of mediums (YouTube Videos, webinar, via phone, classroom/one-on-one) to increase user knowledge and compliance in CalJOBS use.

Data Management Support Coordinator

Manage, oversee, evaluate, and expand the implementation of contracts in multiple departments such as Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) and Targeted Case Management (TCM).

South Bay Community Services

Contract Compliance & Quality Assurance Associate (CCQA)

Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all activities and operations of multiple workforce & WIA programs within the Economic Development Department. Act as the community liaison on the COMM 22 affordable housing project, conducting outreach to keep residents and stakeholders engaged in different phases of the development.

MAAC (MAAC Project)

Program Operations Manager

Coordinated the day-to-day implementation of the program, with special focus on monthly invoicing and billing, expenditure tracking, conduct and/or plan trainings, inter-agency communication, grant outcome compliance, and program evaluation; gathered relevant data and prepare justification of program costs and resources; reviewed and reported reasons for variations in expenditures.

Program Administrative Analyst

Worked alongside a team of 3 staff on the start-up of a pilot program (Financial Opportunity Center, based on the Anne E. Casey Foundation) to provide workforce, income supports, and financial counseling for residents of the surrounding communities.

AmeriCorps - Income Support Specialist

Coordinated new Principal Investigator orientations and Biosafety training courses by preparing conference rooms for training and preparing training handouts.
