Michael Manuccia, an experienced business leader, is the Head of Operations at Improbable, where he is currently working on bringing synthetic environments to the US defense space. He has also held several other senior positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Strivr, an immersive technology SaaS employee training company. Under his leadership, Strivr was recognized as one of Fast Company's 50 Most Innovative companies in the World for three consecutive years and an Inc Best Workplace in 2019. Michael is also an MBA graduate of the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University. He has previously worked as a Coach at FedTech and Staff Operations Specialist at the FBI.
