Mike Clement is an accomplished VP of Engineering, husband, and father with a wealth of experience in the computer science industry. Mike studied both his BS and MS in Computer Science at Brigham Young University and is an alumnus of Adlai E. Stevenson. He has held several leadership roles, including Founding Software Craftsman at Greater Sum, Architect Team Lead at Emmersion, Senior Software Craftsman at Pluralsight, and Senior Development Manager at Ancestry.com.

Mike holds extensive expertise in software development, software engineering, software architecture, and computer programming. He has also mastered development management, software testing, and IT architecture. Additionally, Mike is an experienced research assistant and president/co-founder at DressModestly.com.

Mike is currently the VP of Engineering at Emmersion and is also an organizer of Software Crafters Atlanta. He continually seeks new opportunities to grow his skillset, inspire innovation and lead with a forward-thinking attitude.
