Vladimir "Vanja" Vulic is a digital transformation strategist, lecturer, and international keynote speaker based in Montenegro. Holding a PhD in Economics and over a decade of experience teaching at the Faculty of Economics Podgorica, University of Montenegro, he has an extensive academic background. As the co-founder of Digitalizuj.Me, a non-governmental organization, he works on encouraging organizations and citizens in Montenegro to take advantage of digital opportunities. He has worked with clients such as the United Nations Development Programme, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Roche. As the Program Director of Spark.me, a tech/business conference in Southeast Europe, he helps organize events that draw attendees from over 20 countries. Vanja has an affinity for exploring technology, business strategy, leadership, innovation, and change. He's showcased his expertise across 20 countries and has been a keynote speaker for groups in both large and small settings. He's taught "Transforming Business in the Digital Era" at the internationally recognized COTRUGLI Business School.
