Andrey Inshakov is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in Law and Engineering. He graduated with honours from Moscow State Academy of Law named after O.E. Kutafin where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Law. He went on to get a Master’s Degree in Electric Propulsion Systems and Plasma Power Equipment from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He also attended School #548. With a solid educational foundation, Andrey started his career as an Intern at Strategy and Operations at PwC before moving on to join Yandex as a Patent Specialist. He demonstrated his expertise in Patent law to become Patent Specialists Team Lead and eventually rose to the position of Head of Patent Department at Yandex.

As the Head of Patent Department at Yandex, Andrey Inshakov has an in-depth understanding of Patent law as well as vast experience in patent prosecution, management, and litigation.
