Louis Beryl is a multifaceted anthropologist and educator with a diverse portfolio of experience across various fields, including technology, research, and public policy. A graduate of Harvard Business School, the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and Princeton University, Beryl leverages his education to help organizations better understand people and their behavior, in order to improve product design and user experience. With extensive research skills, Beryl has conducted independent and team-based research using a variety of qualitative methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and journey maps, among others. He has also trained and managed other researchers, and has a foundational understanding of quantitative research methods. Beryl has worked for Airbnb as Research Manager and Lead Experience Researcher, as well as Chegg Inc., the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Samsung Electronics, and the Lesley University. Beryl is also a former adjunct professor, counselor, high school teacher, and child supervisor, among other roles. His skills in mentoring, training, public speaking, cross-cultural understanding, and teaching make him a vital asset to any organization seeking a better understanding of people and their context.
