She excels in leading HR initiatives such as policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefit management.

Barbara has dedicated six years to offering consulting and outsourced human resources services to thriving businesses in technology, insurance, law, medical, marketing, and finance sectors.

Throughout her career, she has held upper management positions where she managed all aspects of human resources functions with a focus on recruitment, compensation plans, benefits, reporting, and employee development.

Barbara Trumbly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Northwestern California University and is accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Group Benefits Associate through the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist program.
