Larry Washington

Larry Washington is the CEO of Equal Opportunity Today and The College Minority, an angel investor with 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Diversity Recruitment.

As CEO, he is responsible for strategic development, short-term goals, and the long-term direction of the company, embodying the motto 'We Get Things Done.'

Before founding The College Minority, he held the CEO position at Minority Times Digital.

Apart from his professional roles, Larry Washington is actively engaged in community service, serving on the Board of The Student Door.

Additionally, he coaches flag football and soccer teams for local youth and has been a board member of the Woodland Hills charter school ADHD & ADD family organization - Children Now.

Larry Washington is an alumnus of Xavier University, where he studied Business Administration. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Xavier University, and an Associate's degree in Business technologies from El Camino College.

He is married and a father of three children.
