Frances Sun is a collaborative and user-focused technology designer with a strong background in enterprise and consumer products in major global technology companies.

She is dedicated to working with multifunctional teams to deliver seamless and intuitive interaction that exceeds user expectations and simplifies business solutions.

Frances is an innovative designer with six patents in the US and China, with two more patents in progress in China and Germany, and holds an MFA degree.

In addition to her impressive design work, she is also an adjunct professor with a passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring the next generation of design talent.

Frances Sun holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Design from the College for Creative Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Chang Gung University.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Principal Product Designer at Dell Technologies, UX/UI Mentor at CareerFoundry, Adjunct and Associate Professor at Austin Community College, Visiting Scholar at The University of Texas at Austin, Senior Product Designer at Dell Technologies, Advisory UX/UI Designer at Lenovo, User Interface Designer at Lenovo, and Designer at Union Design & Development Corporation in Taipei, Taiwan.
