Tim Riley, the co-founder and co-CEO of Warby Parker, has a passion for helping people see clearly. With an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's prestigious Wharton School and a bachelor's degree from Tufts University, he has the education to back up his experience in the business world. After spending time as a summer associate at McKinsey & Company, Riley moved on to become the director of VisionSpring, an organization that provides eyeglasses to people in developing countries.
Riley's dedication to making a difference in the world has not gone unnoticed. He has served on the board of directors for companies such as Allbirds and sweetgreen, both of which share his commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
As the co-CEO of Warby Parker, Riley has helped to turn the eyewear industry on its head. By selling stylish, affordable glasses online, and with a "try-on-at-home" model, Warby Parker has disrupted the traditional retail market.
