Craig Lilly is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in cross-border and domestic acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. He has advised numerous private equity clients and strategic investors on stock and asset purchases, recapitalizations, auctions, and distressed investments, among other transactions. In addition, he has helped fund sponsors organize investment vehicles while also providing general corporate advice to portfolio companies.

Mr. Lilly obtained his J.D. with Honors in Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, following the completion of his BBA Accounting with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. Previously, he served as an M&A Partner at Baker & McKenzie and a Private Equity -Venture Capital Attorney at Greenberg Traurig and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, respectively. Currently, he is a Partner at Reed Smith LLP, where he specializes in strategic investments and advising boards on innovative investment structures.
