Dr. Genard's expertise also extends to help individuals overcome speech anxiety and be more calm and focused while speaking in public. His coaching program supports various professional roles, including executives, professionals, financial services professionals, learning and development professionals, and professional associations. He works with individuals and teams to develop a strong and authentic "performance persona" for greater confidence, charisma, and credibility every time they speak.
Dr. Genard is the founder and president of The Genard Method and has also served as a professor of communication at Emerson College.
