Jim Landau, an experienced real estate professional, has an impressive portfolio of accomplishments in multiple fields within the industry. He has gained notoriety for his work in Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) and played a lead role in securing several LEED certified buildings in his legacy. In addition to his certifications, Jim is a respected speaker, panelist, and moderator on a range of topics pertinent to real estate, including Greenbuild, DOE Better Building's Summit, PERE, ULI, NAREIM, and NAIOP programs.

Jim's expertise extends to asset and portfolio management, with experience overseeing core, value-add, and new development. His past work has included the management of mixed-use, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, and land assets. Possessing an excellent grasp of the industry, Jim has provided oversight of a range of leasing, property management, and construction management roles.

Jim is also experienced in the development experience, overseeing multiple ground-up developments and renovation projects in a range of different markets such as Washington DC, New York City, New Haven, Southern California, and Pittsburgh.

Jim earned a bachelor's degree from Boston University and graduated from McBurney School.
