George Chahrouri is a highly accomplished mathematician and data scientist, with a passion for sports analytics. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Loyola Marymount University. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions at Pro Football Focus (PFF), one of the premier sports analysis websites in the market. He started as an AP Calculus teacher at Verbum Dei High School before he joined Teach for America Corp, where he worked as an associate at Deloitte Consulting. He then transitioned to education, becoming a data scientist at KIPP DC, where he worked on media deliverables. At PFF, he has held several critical roles, including Director of Research & Development, Executive Director of R&D and Content, and currently serves as the CXO. George has a wealth of experience in sports analytics, and he has spearheaded several groundbreaking studies into football metrics, including player production evaluation, team rating analysis, and advanced grading research.
