Sean Hogan

Sean Hogan is a seasoned leader in operational excellence, having achieved much success in his impressive career across various industries. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Management; Systems from Taylor University. He founded Hogan Counseling & Consulting, LLC and worked as a therapist and consultant before moving towards executive positions at Logic20/20, Microsoft, and Alpha USA. In his role as COO at Alpha USA, he supervises operations to provide a holistic approach to alleviate social problems. He is also adept at financial management, having served as CFO of Alpha USA in the past. His deep multi-sectoral experience has been enriched by his tenure at Willow Creek Community Church and Accenture.
