Morgan Lai, a graduate of National Taiwan University, holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Science and Technology and completed her Master's degree in Nutritional Biochemistry. With a GPA of 3.97/4.30, Morgan is a talented researcher and was awarded the Distinguished Thesis Award from Zespri. Her Master's thesis dealt with exploring the effects of wild bitter gourd in an aging-induced sarcopenia mouse model. Morgan worked as a research assistant at the prestigious Central Research Academy and as a teaching assistant at the Department of Biochemical Science and Technology and the Center of Biotechnology, NTU. In addition, she has experience in adjunct research and teaching at renowned academic institutions, such as National Taiwan University and Fu Jen Catholic University. Morgan is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, has an excellent TOEIC score of 975/990, and can speak both Taiwanese, French, and Japanese.
