Senior Business Project Manager for the AVL Expansion Project, a Ministry of Justice (MoJ) project (funded by the Department of Corrections) to install $9.0 million of audio-visual links in 12 District Courts to enable the appearance of defendants in criminal proceedings from prison.  This involved vendor management, risk management, communications planning, stakeholder management across MoJ and Corrections, change management, management of external service providers including a service aggregator, utilisation of IT resources, construction management (alterations), building virtual teams and detailed planning.  The installations were achieved on time with minimal disruption to court operations.
