He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature/Letters from the University of Oregon and a Masters of Science in Transportation and Systems Design from the ArtCenter College of Design. As an empathetic leader, John has worked in various positions, including Assistant Professor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at ArtCenter College of Design, Head Technician and Service Manager at Signature Cycles, and Head Mechanic and Service Writer at Cycle Sports.
