As an Employee Relations Manager, I work closely with Account Managers to better saturate Collabera's presence within our client companies, as their primary staffing supplier. I act as an agent to the consultants placed with our local clients- primarily Amazon, and ensure that they are receiving all the resources they need in order to be successful on their project. I promote proactive client-agent communication by regularly meeting with our consultants and their managers to ensure there is a mutual understanding of project expectations, hours, workload, and project duration. When a project ends, I support consultants with their next steps and connect them with our recruiting team who will then review available opportunities within our client companies and work to place the consultant in a new project. I lead an on-shore and off-shore team of ten in onboarding operations while ensuring compliance with Collabera and client company policy. Additionally, I plan events to help build a sense of community between Collabera and our consultants, and to better acclimate those who are newer and may benefit from additional resources. In order to facilitate Collabera's growth, I generate business leads within our existing clientele by building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and executives.
