Shani C. Taylor is an accomplished business leader and recent graduate from Northwestern University's MMM Program, where she received a dual MBA from Kellogg and MS in Design Innovation from the Segal Design Institute. With a strong focus on driving innovation in new products and services, Shani gained valuable venture capital experience while at Kellogg, working with early stage consumer and enterprise-oriented funds, and consulting with firms such as McDonald's, McKesson, and the YMCA.
Prior to attending Kellogg School of Management, Shani held positions as a Digital Strategist at ICF International, a consulting firm based in the Washington metropolitan area and as a Project Director at MMG, a health communication firm within the Ketchum/Omnicom network. With a Master of Health Science degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Health Communication and a Bachelor of Science from Duke University in Psychology, Shani's primary experiences centered on leveraging digital media and technology to influence large-scale consumer behavior change on behalf of her clients.
Shani's professional background includes also investment experience at Cross Culture Ventures and Intel Capital, and she has served as a Fellow in Health Communication at the National Cancer Institute and a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Shani is highly focused on driving positive change across multiple industries utilizing her skills in design thinking, venture capital, and digital media.
