Mario Zonaro is a Chemical Engineer with specializations in Business Administration and Materials and Supplies Management.

With a rich background in the printing industry, he has extensive experience in managing the production area of printing companies, implementing processes for Flexography, Letter-Press, Serigraphy, Off-Set, and Pre-Press, managing the entire product flow from order to delivery.

Mario successfully led the production area at Thomas Greg's printing company and the Intaglio machine production division within the group.

He notably established the Industrial division for Plastic Cards at Thomas Greg, overseeing everything from building renovations, machinery acquisition, process implementation, to production system development, even obtaining accreditation from MASTERCARD and VISA.

His expertise extends to logistics development, supplier management, procurement, importation, transportation, inventory, and warehousing, focusing on supply chain optimization and material reuse.

He was actively involved in ERP systems implementation, parameterization of modules, process and quality control methodologies development, and preventive and corrective maintenance systems.

Mario Zonaro significantly contributed to product and process development in cards manufacturing, including innovative materials like Policarbonate and PET-G, biodegradable and recycled materials, special services such as Braille personalization, Contact Chip systems, and unique products like Texturized, Scented, and Translucent Cards.

His specialties lie in managing productivity programs, rejection rate reduction, final product cost reduction, production planning, as well as leading technical and operational teams in the printing industry.

He is an ISO 9002.2000 and 2008 Lead Auditor.

Educationally, Mario studied Chemical Engineering, Materials, Production, and Administration at The University Center of FEI.

His professional journey includes roles as Industrial Manager at Oberthur Card Systems - Brazil, as well as Industrial Manager at renowned companies like Thomas Greg & Sons Brazil and MACKCOLOR Etiquetas Adesivas Ltda, along with his earlier experience as a Chemical Engineer at Policontrol Instr. Téc. Cient. Ind. e Com.
