Meet Hillary Raigner, a customer support operations expert with a passion for people management and team building. Hillary holds a Master of Science in Entertainment Business and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Arts and Design, both from Full Sail University. Her expertise in support operations, troubleshooting, and learning and development led her to roles such as Strategic Project Manager for Customer Experience at Good Eggs and HR Lead/Recruiter at Nurun San Francisco (formerly Odopod). Hillary is a former University Recruiter and Lab Instructor at Full Sail University, where she gained experience in event coordination and planning. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and roasting chickens.
