Tim Ballesteros has an extensive background in the insurance and employee benefits industry, with over two decades of experience in various positions. He graduated from Stetson University with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and obtained an MBA in Business from Rutgers University-Newark.

Tim's career started as a Group Representative for Prudential Insurance, and he worked his way up the ladder to become the Vice President of several companies such as CBIZ, USI Insurance Services, and Willis Towers Watson. He has also been the Senior Benefits Consultant at Morse Insurance Agency and Tribus Financial Group.

Aside from working for other companies, Tim is the Owner of Crossbow Consulting and Benefit Options Resource, LLC. He is also a former Regional Vice President at MORE Health Inc. and a Vice President at CBIZ. His extensive professional experience has given him unmatched expertise in the insurance industry, particularly in employee benefits consulting.
