Cupid Alexander is an accomplished Director with an extensive background in government administration, nonprofit organizations, urban planning, social housing, and fundraising. He holds a Masters of Public Administration from Portland State University and has a Bachelor's in Business from Fisk University, Warner Pacific College, and Western Oregon University.

With experience as a Division Director of Neighborhoods, Housing & Human Services in the City of Spokane, Director of strategic initiatives in the Office of Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, and Executive Vice President of the NAHRO Pacific Northwest Region, Alexander has honed his skills in business development, policy analysis, and strategic planning. He also served as a Senior Housing Policy Analyst at Portland Housing Bureau, Program/Occupancy Specialist at Washington County, and Utility Specialist at Bonneville Power Administration.
