Russell Moll is a talented Partnerships Manager based in Washington, DC, with vast experience in leading the development of commercial opportunities for The Economist Intelligence Unit's (EIU) Public Policy Consulting Practice. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and he also studied for MPIA with a focus on Human Security Studies, Security, and Intelligence Studies at the University of Pittsburgh.

Before joining The EIU, Russell was a Manager of Member Services at Devex, where he built a strong expertise in the area of international development. Additionally, he worked as a Policy Analyst for War-Gaming at SAIC, where he was responsible for developing complex scenario planning simulations to support strategy development for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Russell is highly skilled in creating impact on policy issues that matter most to the world, thanks to his evidence-based research programs and amplification projects. Before his career in the private sector, Russell was a Researcher at the Ford Institute for Human Security, where he was engaged in conducting empirical investigations for human security-related themes around the world. Prior to that, he worked as an Intern at the Center for American Progress: Enough Project.
