Bob Griffith is an education and development specialist who focuses on young adults, technology, and faith development within collegiate and parish settings. With a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a B.S. in Education in Comprehensive Social Studies-Secondary Education from Kent State University and Bowling Green State University, respectively, he combines his academic background and vocational interests with Christian formation and faith development in the Episcopal/Anglican tradition.

Griffith has held various roles in leading organizations, such as the Church Pension Group as the Director of Client Learning and Resources, Bishop's Missioner at Episcopal Diocese of Long Island, and Healthcare Data Analyst at Church Pension Group. Additionally, he has volunteered his services at the Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, U.S.A as Campus Chaplain, St. Paul's Church as Assisting Priest, and The Imago Dei Initiative as Director. In his work, he has strategized, developed educational resources, and conducted data analysis to support administrators and Church leaders in effective communication, support, and developmental efforts on adolescent and adult education and development, sacramental ministry, college student intellectual and leadership development.
